Yo ho, yo ho...
Once again, I have to apologize for not updating yesterday. x_x Summer allergies are kicking my ass, and lately all I want to do after I get home is sleep and/or die.

TITLE: Two Cats and Only One Sparrow
AUTHOR: Sparrow's Nestling

NAME(S): Raziya Nebkhefkharonheb (...)
AFFILIATION: pirate
HAIR COLOR: not mentioned
EYE COLOR: not mentioned
SPECIAL POSESSIONS: none

HISTORY: Is an Egyptian pirate who was part of the Black Pearl's original crew.

CONNECTIONS TO CHARACTERS: Is Jack's girlfriend - or, was Jack's girlfriend, until he got marooned and she was forced to stay on the ship. Behold the nature of their relationship: "Jack and Raz sort of had a thing for each other, they weren't really open about, or had ever showed it, but everyone knew just by the way they acted, and I guess the monkey even caught them kissing one drunken night."

NOTES: This is just painfull. There's three chapters, all of which are about three paragraphs long (at least, they would be, if there was any breakage anywhere), and are told in a rushed fashion that sounds a bit like how Jr. Highers relay stories when they're really excited ("And then THIS happened and it was like SO COOL and then stuff was like wooosh and she was like COOL and then ---"). There's even a character named Bonny Lass. Please, please let it be a troll...

SAMPLE OF THE STORY:

"We don't like how you run this ship Jack, so it's off the plank with ye!" With those words, an uproar of pirate cheers rained through out the Caribbean. "Come on now fella's, I'm sure we could work something out?" Pleaded Jack with a look of politeness. But it was too late; they had made their decision. "No! You can't do this!" This cry came from a bound and tied young woman by the name of Raziya Nebkhefkharonheb, an Egyptian pirate, Raz for short. She among the others seemed to be the only supporter of Jack, or at least the only that would speak up upon his behalf. "Sorry hun, it's.... the entire ship against one!" Growled the soon to be new captain. The entire ship broke out into laughter. "Actually, may I correct you, it's two...against the entire ship." Jack cut in with his usual smirk. "Oh, right, off you go then." Said Barbosa casually as he thrust his sword at Jack, forcing him to jump ship. "Have fun on that island! We picked it out just for ye!" Once again the ship broke out in laughter. Raz struggled free and ran to jump off her self. "Oh no ye don't, we still need you." Said Barbosa as some of the pirates grabbed her and forced her down below deck. Jack and Raz sort of had a thing for each other, they weren't really open about, or had ever showed it, but everyone knew just by the way they acted, and I guess the monkey even caught them kissing one drunken night. "You all will pay!" Yelled an angered Raz, as the metal bared door shut on her. Once realizing she was beat, she slumped down along side the back wall. She looked around. "There's gotta be some way out of this god for saken cage. I of all people should know, I helped design it. Damn, I was good at designing it too, didn't plan on myself being locked in here." Three weeks she spent in there before figuring out the perfect escape. But she would have to wait until their next port, which was another two weeks away. 'Once we reach England I shall wait for the keeper to come and give me my meal,' She thought to her self. 'Once he comes I'll pretend to be really weak, then as soon as his arm is in reach, I'll grab it, pull, forcing him into the bars, knocking him out, then it's just a matter of stealing the keys and getting out before anyone notices.' She smiled at the thought of getting out. The day had arrived, and her daily feeding was coming towards her. She lay down on the floor, acting as though she were unable to move, as soon as he was close enough, she executed her plan and was out. Soon enough she was completely off the ship before anyone noticed she was gone.

"Free at last!" She yelled as she ran down some side streets, looking for the perfect place to hide. She managed to remain unfound for a year, during this year she took every odd job she could find and did as much theft as she could pull off until she had enough money to get supplies for a ship voyage, to find her once lost Jack. "Now all's I need is a ship." She said, walking up and down the pier, examining all the ships, in search for the perfect one. She has already aquired a crew, mostly runaways or lost souls, looking for an escape, and a few pirates like her self, but not too many since she no longer trusted them. "Ahhhh, this is going to be soooo much fun!" Screamed a young proper English girl. Raz looked toward the noise. "Oh my..." said Raz with a gasp. "That's the perfect ship!" Raz walked over the source of the noise, which was standing near a very nice and obviously new ship. She looked over to the young girl with the intention of kicking her off and taking it. She smiled as if everything was going perfectly, but just moments before she reached the boat; she hesitated, and stared at the young girl jumping around with joy. "Hello there. This is a fine boat you have." She said in her strange accent that was mostly American, but had a hint of Scottish since it was her father's homeland. "Oh YES! YESS! Isn't she beautiful! My father just bought it for my birthday!" Said the girl, practically shrieking. Raz took a step back to save her ears. "Will you be takin 'er out to sea?" asked Raz with curiosity. "My father said I'll be in need of a captain, and a crew. So, I am on the look out for one!" "Really now? Well, you're in luck! You see, I am a captain, and I can easily put together a crew!" Raz lied, but couldn't help, this was the perfect opportunity, she seemed so gullible. "Really?!!? Well, that's great! I'll have to talk to my father about it, but I know he won't let me go!" She cried, starting to pout a bit. "And why might that be?" Said Raz, doing her best to look sympathetic. "He is afraid of Pirates, and there's this Captain Jack Sparrow he's heard of. I honestly don't care what's out there." She said, giving an even more pout face. "Oh now, I wouldn't be worrying about that, those Jack Sparrow stories are all made up, merle folklore. There haven't been decent pirates amongst the seas in years." Laughed Raz. "Oh, well in that case maybe he would let me go! Would you like a tour of the ship?" Asked the girl, now bouncing happily. "O, that'd be lovely!" Smirked Raz, clasping her hands together.

Raz began to follow the young and very excitable girl. "If you ye..." She began to speak like a pirate but remembered what the girl has said, "er...I mean, If you don't mind me asking, what is you name dear?" She said, smiling as ladylike as she could. "Oh, right, I forgot to tell you that didn't I, its Bonny Lass." She said with a curtsy. "Oh, well, Bonny it's a pleasure to meet you, my name is..." She pondered whether she should give her real name, since it might be associated with pirates and all. "Jane Hamlet." She performed a curtsy as well, since she had changed her pirate atire so as not to attract attention to her self. "Nice to meet you Jane!" With that Bonny spun around, and continued to skip up the planks onto the ship. "This oughta be easy." Mumbled Raz under her breath as she smirked and made her way onto the ship. It wasn't a large ship, but was beautiful beyond belief. 'Wow, these people have some money.' Raz thought as she looked around, admiring every detail that was very well taken care of. Bonny ran around merrily showing everything the ship had to offer, Raz smiled and complimented it while she though how perfect this would all be for herself. This ship had everything, a lush captain's corridors, complete with a bedroom, dressing room, dining room, bathroom, and to top it all off, there was even a sitting room, complete with a mahogany desk, a small table, two chairs, and a couch. The couch seemed to look better than her own bed. Even the first mate had their own study, with everything in it that you could possible need for map making. They went down to the crew's part of the ship. 'Wow, I don't think I even had this good of living conditions as first mate on the Munich.' Thought Raz, thinking back to ship she was on before the Black Pearl. Even the kitchen was nicer than any she had seen. This ship was even modern, has it's own small doctors office, complete with every kind of remedy known. And everything in these room was top of the line, not a detail over looked. "And that's the whole ship! So, would you like to meet father? I'm sure he'd love to meet you, then I can get his ok for you to be captain!" Said Bonny, as she hopped up and down a bit. "Riiiight..." She was about to make a sarcastic remark but remembered her plan. "Yes, I would much love to meet your father." Bonny turned to a carriage, motioning for Raz to follow. Raz took a step, and then looked back to the ship which had "Goddess of the Sea" written in gold across its stern. "Goddess.. get ready to meet your queen." Said Raz with a smirk, and then proceeded to follow Bonny.

*Jack stares at the bouncing girl, momentarily distracted by her assets before Lara whaps him in the back of the head*

"Ow...sorry, luv, couldn' help myself. Bouncing and all..."

Geezus. I dare to say those are a couple of teenagers taking over a ship. It hurts. It hurts a lot.

"That's what rum is for."

I don't think there is enough rum in the world for the pain I'm feeling....where's that Golden Spork?

Screamed a young proper English girl.

All I got from this story was something about a couch and a queen. Maybe the couch ate the queen? Yum? Stuffing?

In honor of Jack Sparrow, I'm going to go drink some rum and then maybe, just maybe, this story will make sense. I bet if you get drunk enough, pronouncing the Sue's last name will be a snap.

Is Jack's girlfriend - or, was Jack's girlfriend, until he got marooned and she was forced to stay on the shit.

Not really sure if you meant to do this or not. Still, funny either way. :D

an uproar of pirate cheers rained through out the Caribbean.

Say, now what exactly is a "pirate cheer"? A chorus of "argh!"s? And in the whole of the Caribbean, no one likes Sparrow? Poor guy. *hug* I'll take him in. *evil grin*

It's the late 1700s ... were people really referring to themselves as Americans at this point? Sorry, am an ignoramous when it comes to this particular point in my own country's history.

The actual war happend in the latter part of the 1700s, so yes, they were, but that does not justify having a "mostly" American accent. o_O

I'm a bit uncertain on this, but wasn't this the late 1600's? I know Port Royal had a huge earthquake right before the turn of the century and after that its pirate industries sort of died.

Or not.

I read the first paragraph and skipped the rest. I just couldn't do it. But one question in reference to:

"Sorry hun, it's.... the entire ship against one!" Growled the soon to be new captain. The entire ship broke out into laughter. "Actually, may I correct you, it's two...against the entire ship."

Wasn't it three? Also "Boostrap Bill" was against it. That's why they killed him, wasn't it?

But what I really wonder is exactly how they killed him. He gave a pendant to his son, which means he was cursed, yes? And if he was cursed, how did he drown, considering the rest of the crew had no problem walking underwater?

Unless, oh, oh... no.. hmm.. well... erg. Could the pendant have come before the found the Aztec gold? I'm so confused. Damn plot holes.

How do the toilets work on a 15th century ship?

[Edit: I missed stuff!]

Even the first mate had their own study, with everything in it that you could possible need for map making. They went down to the crew's part of the ship. 'Wow, I don't think I even had this good of living conditions as first mate on the Munich.'

At least Sue is partially aware of living conditions on more realistic ships, however...

This ship was even modern, has it's own small doctors office, complete with every kind of remedy known.

Apparently she's still unaware that most doctors at the time were also dentists and barbers (sort of an all in one visit), and "remedies" tended to involve alot of sawing off limbs, attaching leeches, or letting of blood. One of the reasons why so many pirates are portrayed missing limbs.

And with all that stuff crammed on the ship, is there room for the crew, holds, bilge, mess, and the various other things necessary to keeping a ship afloat?

Oyyy.

Diijudd Kirqyryv3

Exempting capitalization, my bird just pecked that entire name. She was, of course, attacking the keyboard, but whatever works. I bet not many sues have numbers in their names. Take THAT sues!

"He is afraid of Pirates, and there's this Captain Jack Sparrow he's heard of. I honestly don't care what's out there." She said, giving an even more pout face

Afraid of the movie? Wow, they're ahead of their time. And I bet your creator honestly doesn't care what she writes, luv.

Now, there's this odd stinging sensation in my eyes that is quite painful. *stabs a few sporks in each eye* Ahh, MUCH better.

When the DVD comes out (or sooner if it's possible) someone needs to get a screencap of that fork in Ragetti's eye and a witty caption about sues and the need for sporks. Even though it's not a spork, it's STILL gold.

You know, this is the SECOND TIME I've seen the endearment, "Bonny Lass" turned into a person's NAME. The first time I was mildly shocked and amused, but this is just disturbing. My Gods, how dumb can people be? I don't have a drop of Irish blood in me and know next to nothing about the nationality, yet even *I* know that bonny lass is a term of endearment. Although I suppose I shouldn't expect much from someone who names anything that Nebkhefkhoodlehoo or whatever. I feel such pity for these people's children.

Great! My turn to rip on zis too. Mwaha.

Oh and if I skip around, sorry- I am just grabbing random lines.

"Hello there. This is a fine boat you have." She said in her strange accent that was mostly American, but had a hint of Scottish since it was her father's homeland. "Oh YES! YESS! Isn't she beautiful! My father just bought it for my birthday!"

Oh yes because fathers in the 1600's gave their daughters ships *all* the time.

And back to the whole accent thing- why the HELL would she have a Scottish accent if it was her FATHER'S homeland? And why the HELL would she have an American accent (even if there were American accents in the 1600's). I mean having an American accent would suggest she was born and raised in the American colonies. And well- 1600's was approx the time of the Puritans. And well, if we was born and raised in that time period, I doubt she would have even THOUGHT of piracy. Nor have any Egyptian blood in her as Puritans were strict English religious fanatics.

Whoo that was a lot for only one part. Next!

"Goddess.. get ready to meet your queen." Said Raz with a smirk, and then proceeded to follow Bonny.

Goddess of the Sea: Wot? The Queen of Mary-Sues more like! And jus' 'cause you implied that you are my queen, I shall have to go belly up in the first swell that comes my way.

Don't mess with PMSing ships.

This cry came from a bound and tied young woman by the name of Raziya Nebkhefkharonheb, an Egyptian pirate, Raz for short.

Um, isn't a short modern-ish sounding nickname one of the FIRST indications of a Sue?

"And that's the whole ship! So, would you like to meet father? [Lets not and say we did!] "I'm sure he'd love to meet you, then I can get his ok for you to be captain!" Said Bonny

Three weeks she spent in there before figuring out the perfect escape.

Wait a minute. So it took her three weeks to figure out the "perfect" plan of knocking out the guard and stealing his keys? Nebuchadnezzar (or whatever her name is) isn't the sharpest crayon in the box, is she? Gosh, if I knew it was so easy to break out of cells, I would have acted out more as a teenager!
*twitch*
I think all my other major complaints have been touched on. But this one... Three weeks! My poor head.
